These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the provision of grooming services by Lake Norman Pet Grooming ("we", "us") at 23 Cleto Ave, Nepean, ON K2G 3J6, Canada. By using our website or booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.
All services are provided by appointment only. Bookings are confirmed by phone or email once an initial enquiry is received. We reserve the right to decline a booking if we are unable to safely accommodate a pet, if a pet poses an unmanageable risk to staff or other animals, or if required vaccination documentation is not provided.
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the service as discussed at booking. However, some factors — such as the pet's condition, matting, or behaviour during the session — may affect the result. We will communicate any significant deviations from the agreed plan before proceeding where possible, or at pickup if the deviation was discovered during the session.
All dogs must have current rabies vaccination. By bringing your pet to us, you confirm that your pet is up to date on required vaccinations and that you are not aware of any infectious illness. We reserve the right to refuse a grooming session if a pet appears unwell on arrival.
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to pay a deposit to secure future appointments.
We take care to handle all animals responsibly and to maintain safe grooming conditions. However, grooming inherently involves some risk — particularly for pets with health conditions, extreme anxiety, or underlying issues that are not disclosed to us. We are not liable for adverse outcomes that result from undisclosed health information or pre-existing conditions.
We are not liable for minor cuts or irritation that may occur when working around matted areas, and we are not responsible for outcomes that are a direct result of the pet's behaviour during the session.
